Returns

You can return the item without any penalty within 14 days of the delivery date of the item.

Items must be undamaged, unwashed, include identification tags, returned in their original packaging, securely packaged and delivered to the shipper.

The costs and organization of the return are your responsibility.

Here's how to do:

1.Login to your account on animimalcesine.it  and go to PREVIOUS ORDERS to see the list of your purchases. Write down the order number and the code for the article you want to return.

2.Send a request by writing an e-mail to animi.malcesine@gmail.com with the subject: [ORDER NO.] [ITEM NO.]

Kindly write the name and surname of the' holder and why are you returning the item: although this is not an obligation to effectively exercise your right to cancel, we would like to know what went wrong and if we can help in any way.

3.Send the parcel to this address:

ANIMI, Vicolo Parrocchia 2, 37018 MALCESINE (VR) ITALY.

4.Once you sent the parcel, please write an email at animi.malcesine@gmail.com with the tracking number.

From the day of receiving the parcel, any refund will be issued at the latest within fourteen days, withholding any shipping costs.
